The basic rule is simple: solve the puzzles and connect the clues to complete the room.

If you get stuck, you can also ask the staff for hints during the game.

At present, Mystery Express rooms are intended for older players due to some of their content. No previous experience or special skills are required. Our rooms are original and safe, and we create every element ourselves: from the initial idea and scenario to the props, set design and mechanical or computer-controlled features.

An escape room does not require special clothing. Choose comfortable clothes and footwear that will not restrict you or distract you during the game.

The duration depends on the room and how quickly your group solves all the puzzles. A visit may last from about one hour to as long as three hours. The estimated game time is listed in each room's description.

To protect the rooms' secrets and keep players focused, participants lock their phones in a dedicated locker before entering. Only the participants have access to that locker. You can also store valuables, wallets, small bags and other electronic devices there. Phones and other electronics are not needed during the game; everything required to solve the puzzles is inside the room.

No special preparation is required. The room and our staff provide everything you need. Comfortable footwear and clothing will help you focus on the puzzles. Please check the room's theme before booking. If horror themes, flashing lights or similar effects may affect your comfort or health, contact our staff in advance so we can help you choose the most suitable room.

Our rooms use safety measures such as low-voltage systems, and a staff member monitors every game. Participants can easily contact the Game Master, while computer-controlled doors can be opened from inside with safety buttons. The game is safe when participants follow the rules.

Our current rooms are not designed for children, and we cannot provide childcare during the game. Some escape rooms elsewhere are created specifically for younger players and their parents, but Mystery Express does not currently offer this type of room. Because of our themes and difficulty levels, we recommend not planning your visit with young children.

No. The game is suitable for players with different fitness levels and does not require strenuous physical activity or training. The effort you will need is mainly intellectual, along with teamwork.

Unfortunately, we cannot look after children or pets while you play, and we currently have no rooms intended for very young players.

We recommend arriving about 15-20 minutes before your booked time. This gives your group enough time to read the rules, receive the briefing and prepare for the game, including storing belongings in a locker or using the bathroom.

There is a small car park next to the Mystery Express building, accessible from Zygmunta Krasinskiego Street. If no spaces are available, please call our staff for assistance.

Some elements, such as narrow passages, flashing lights, sudden loud sounds or theatrical smoke, may be unsuitable during pregnancy, although the smoke is non-toxic. If you still wish to play, please inform our staff in advance so they can help make the experience as comfortable as possible.

You can reach our escape room by car, with parking available, or by public transport. The nearest stop is Sady Zoliborskie, served by tram lines 22, 28, 33 and 35 and bus lines 114 and 122. Up-to-date public transport information is available on the Warsaw Public Transport website.

Not necessarily, but the listed maximum has been chosen for player comfort and we do not recommend larger groups. An additional player may be possible if you contact our staff in advance.

Yes, but only by contacting our staff by phone no later than 24 hours before the booked time. Cancellation closer to the game is not possible.

Yes, provided the group does not exceed the maximum or the change has been agreed with our staff. The number of players affects the final price in accordance with the price list.
